Join our expanding Supply Chain Team as we look for a committed individual to lead and enhance the SCM function across the Iberia region. In this position, you will oversee the entire supply chain processes, negotiate terms, and closely coordinate with local and international stakeholders. Your Job
  • Reviewing order requests and re-negotiating terms and conditions.
  • Creating and processing all purchase orders for goods, services, and works for simultaneously assigned projects.
  • Coordinating closely with local and international suppliers, forwarding agents, recipients, and colleagues.
  • Permanent, independent self-reliant management of the supply chain for all main commodities goods ordered for the projects.
  • Execution of complete tracking process (EPC related).
  • Managing customs clearance processes (EPC related).
  • Managing transportation service provider (EPC related).
  • Coordination and re-coordination of delivery dates with suppliers and sites as per sides’ needs (EPC related).
  • Close coordination with sites and PMs (EPC related).
  • Quality and quantity check of delivered goods on sites (EPC related).
  • Measure supplier’s delivery performance and define measures (KPIs) internally and externally to optimize the delivery process and report.
  • Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes.
  • Support for claim management.
  • Assist in optimizing the ERP system.
  • Approving and archiving of orders and shipping documents as well as invoices.
  • Managing additional internal procurement-related projects (process optimization, interface management, research, and analysis activities).
Your profile
  • Min. 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Conscientious, proactive, independent, and solution-oriented way of working.
  • Capability to work on different projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interest in working in an international environment.
  • Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel.
  • ERP system experience (e.g. Business Central 17/ Nav).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, negotiating skills, networking.
  • Experience in business process analysis and design is a plus.
  • Team player with excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to build partnerships and collaborate globally and cross-functionally.
