Senior Project Development Manager

The Senior Project Development Manager will handle all project development tasks to be assigned by the Head of Project Development whether pertaining to ib vogt PH companies or specific projects.
- Manage project development from Greenfield to Operation according to acceptable local and international standards.
- Initial focus on ongoing projects in the Philippines in collaboration with the Market Head & Regional Director.
- Manage budgets, milestones, schedules, and deliverables for assigned development projects.
- Review of project agreements such as PPAs, Interconnection, land lease agreements, JV agreements, etc.
- Interface with all cross-functional teams such as: Engineering, Project, Finance, Accounting, Legal.
- Work with finance department during financial feasibility analysis, evaluation, and during the project debt and tax equity financing processes.
- Engage local community for project support.
- Manage contractors, vendors, and consultants to maintain project timeline, value optimization, and budget.
- Secure permits and ensure and environmental compliance throughout the development, construction, and operation stages of the projects.
- Managing and tracking existing development contracts Management of project due diligence processes Interfacing with internal and external stakeholders during project implementation.
- The candidate must hold a master's degree in a field relevant to the position.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in the local RE industry.
- Project Management skills in large-scale solar or similar projects.
- Understanding of the structure of large-scale renewable energy projects.
- Attentive to details and able to work with relevant teams in contracts management.
- Self-driven and able to work flexibly with stakeholders from different cultures.
- Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder projects
- Team player and be able to work with minimal supervision
- Able to prepare management presentations to communicate project details and status to upper management.
- Should have advanced problem-solving skills and be able to lead teams in executing strategic plans to achieve targets.
