Your Job
  • Raise quarterly and annual O&M invoices, and EPC invoices as and when requested by Project Managers, as well as other ad-hoc sales invoices
  • Post purchase invoices for group companies based in the UK and Ireland
  • Prepare and submit weekly payment run requests before due date
  • Being the first point of contact for internal and external payments related queries
  • Monitoring and processing incoming invoices on daily basis and send the invoices for approval via our internal workflow approval system
  • Processing and submitting monthly Employee Expense claims
  • Prepare quarterly and bi-monthly VAT returns under the direct supervision of senior accounting colleagues
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, including posting journals, bank reconciliation, working papers with schedules and mapping data for group consolidation
  • Assist in the preparation and updating of annual budget and forecast
Your profile
  • 2 years plus relevant experience ideal
  • This role would fit a new qualified or part-qualified accountant with 2+ years of relevant work experience
  • High level of commitment, communication and teamwork skills
  • Attention to details and use of own initiatives to see through a job from start to finish
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central advantageous
